"Anette had the challenge of replacing a very beloved red coat that I had worn to pieces. I wanted something similar, but slightly different and Anette got the balance just right. The quality of the material she chose will ensure that I can wear this coat for many more years than the last one, and the attention to detail she gave it to create an almost surprising sense of style means that every time I put it on, it makes me smile."
Anette has spent the last three decades honing her skills as a master tailor on Savile Row. Her elite craftsmanship, and the depth of her tailoring knowledge, places her in the top rank of her profession.
Before embarking on a career as a cutter, Anette spent many years making bespoke garments for the best tailors on Savile Row. As a result, she is one of only a handful of individuals with the skills required to complete every stage in the creation of a bespoke garment. However, what really sets her apart, is her comprehensive understanding of fine tailoring for women as well as for men. Her work appeals to purists like herself; elegant, soft tailoring for her female clients, and a handsomely structured approach for men. Each and every piece is cut, fitted and finished by hand.
Our suits are entirely handmade, by a small number of elite coat and trouser makers. These tailors work in close partnership with Anette to produce your garment using only time honoured, traditional methods of construction. This adherence to tradition and close attention to detail, ensures that your suit will be elegant and comfortable from the moment you first try it on. Because we insist on the highest standards of craftmanship, our clients can expect to enjoy wearing their fine English bespoke suits for many years.
SOME OF MY WORK
As a young tailor I was honoured to be asked to make a number of garments for the late Princess of Wales, including this timeless twill blazer.
An elegant three piece town tweed, lined in pure silk, worn at the "Women in the World" summit, London 2015.
